General terms and conditions Casa AndaluS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wij heten U van harte welkom in onze casa en vragen u op de hoogte te stellen van onze algemene voorwaarden en privacyverklaring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. GENERAL<\/strong>
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all guests of Casa AndaluS.
1.2 By submitting a reservation request or reservation, you, as a guest of Casa AndaluS, agree to the General Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The minimum stay at Casa AndaluS is two nights.
1.4 Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, check-out until 11:00 AM. This can be deviated from in consultation. A late check-out is possible if the room is not reserved on the day of departure. The price is \u20ac20.00. No refund will be made in the event of early departure.
1.5 Smoking is not permitted indoors or in the rooms. Smoking is allowed outside, however. fire hazard and hygiene, put all smoke waste in ashtrays and extinguish it thoroughly before you lose sight of it.
1.6 Pets are not allowed.
1.7 Casa AndaluS is an accommodation for adults only, the minimum age is therefore 18 years.
1.8 Guests can park their car in a private car park. Parking is always at your own risk.
1.9 Guests must have a permanent place of residence.
1.10 The owners of Casa AndaluS can immediately deny and\/or refuse guests access to the accommodation in the event of violation of the general terms and conditions and\/or house rules or in case of inappropriate behavior, without further notice and giving reasons and without refund of accommodation costs.
1.11 Casa AndaluS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. You accept and acknowledge as binding the terms and conditions in effect at the time you use the Casa AndaluS website and facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. RATES<\/strong>
2.1 The rates shown are per room, per night, excluding breakfast, for two persons.
2.2 The rates shown include the use of water, electricity, air conditioning and bath & bed linen. We would appreciate it if you did not use water and air conditioning unnecessarily.
2.3 The rates shown include VAT (or similar tax) according to the VAT rate applicable at that time.
2.4 The rates shown do not include the costs of cancellation and travel insurance. We advise you to take out cancellation and travel insurance.
2.5 The rates shown are subject to price changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION<\/strong>
3.1 A reservation request or reservation can be made verbally, by telephone, in writing, by e-mail or via booking sites.
3.2 After receiving your reservation request and the confirmation sent by Casa AndaluS, you are obliged to pay the deposit. The reservation is only final once you have received confirmation from us and the deposit has been paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. PAYMENT<\/strong>
4.1 The deposit is 50% (different % may be used for other booking sites such as our own). Once the deposit has been received by us, the reservation is final. The remaining payment must be made no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
4.2 When booking within 4 weeks before arrival, the total accommodation sum must be paid immediately.

    5. CANCELLATION<\/strong>
    5.1 Cancellations will only be accepted in writing or by e-mail, stating your reservation number.
    5.2 If the reservation agreement is canceled, the following cancellation costs will be charged:
    In addition to the reservation and other costs due, the following applies:
    \u2022 In case of cancellation up to the 90th day before arrival: 15% of the rental price;
    \u2022 In case of cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price;
    \u2022 In case of cancellation from the 60th day to the 31st day before arrival: 75% of the rental price;
    \u2022 In case of cancellation from the 31st day to 1 day before Arrival: 90% of the rental price;
    \u2022 In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later: 100% of the rental price.
    5.3 In the event of a no show, the full accommodation price is due.
    5.4 We advise you to take out good travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong>
      6.1 In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, Casa AndaluS is entitled to dissolve or temporarily suspend the agreement in whole or in part without the guest being able to claim performance and\/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, rebellion, strikes, boycott, disruptions in the energy circuit, traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of the owners or close family members, etc. under which full or partial compliance with the agreement cannot be reasonably and fairly expected of the accommodation. Of course we will do everything we can to provide you with a new home at that time. If you do not want to use this, the paid costs will be credited to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. LIABILITY<\/strong>
        7.1 Casa AndaluS cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of their stay in the accommodation; the guest indemnifies Casa AndaluS against claims in this regard. Casa AndaluS is not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation, such as disruptions and failures of power and water supplies and technical installations, construction and\/or road work not announced or announced untimely in the vicinity of the accommodation. Casa AndaluS is not liable for damage, loss or theft of the guest's personal belongings.
        7.2 Casa AndaluS can only be held liable for damage that is due to the gross negligence or negligence of the owners
        7.3 The liability of the accommodation is furthermore always limited to the maximum amount that the insurer of Casa AndaluS will pay out in the appropriate case.
        7.4 The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. Casa AndaluS cannot be held liable for physical injury or damage to personal property due to its use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          8. DAMAGE<\/strong>
          8.1 The guest must behave properly and use the accommodation in accordance with the reasonable usage instructions given by the accommodation or the owners.
          8.2 The main guest is legally liable for damage caused by him or his fellow guests to Casa AndaluS or the property or persons present therein.
          8.3 Any damage must be reported immediately by the guest to the owners. Repair and\/or replacement costs must be reimbursed by the guest.
          8.4 In the event of loss of keys, all resulting costs will be charged to the guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
